Yep. Got pulled over. For the first time in my life, I might add! The cop didn't seem to be impressed by that fact or by Adelyn's flirty smile when I rolled down the window in hopes that she would say one of her "hiiii's" to him. Got a ticket and had to add an extra $50 to it because it was a school zone. For the record, I was going 33 in a 30 on my way to the library. Since summer school was in session, the speed limit dropped to 20 on a 100 yard stretch on our road. Boo.
