Apple Butter 2011

This past weekend was "Apple Butter Weekend" with my family at the lake. This is a 100 year tradition that my family has been part of. It was such a great weekend! Friday night we start by peeling and chopping 8+ bushels of apples. Saturday morning we start cooking the apples at 6:00 a.m. The apple butter is usually done around 3:30 that afternoon. We can it up and and enjoy it all year long! Below is a video I put together of the weekend. Enjoy!
